Chef Gerry Kent participated in the design and construction to ensure the kitchens efficiency and quality. Most of the unique features in both areas are from Chef Gerry's creative and practical stylings.
Clients are invited to schedule an appointment to view our facility. Our Tasting Room provides a private, relaxing environment for sampling and making menu decisions. Adding to the ambience are the works of The Forge sponsored artists, which decorate and illuminate the room.
